Booked a triple room with a view over the park. Location: the hotel was right by tourist spots and restaurants, and a fantastic markets. Café Journeys Sandwich Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

Excellent location in the city centre. Nice rooms, with fair rates if you book it from Booked.net. Hotel's rack rates are unbelievable high.

Unfriendly staff. definitely its the poorest service during all our stay in Vietnam. Firstly they tried to fuck up us with excursion fees, they increase the rates 3 times. Each time reception desk tried to make a fool us. Dont change money on the reception and dont ask them to recommend any restaurants or any clubs... Finally, they i forget my mobile phone in the room. On the way to the airport i remember that my phone stayed in the room and asked the reception staff to check. I was absolutely sure that there is no place except the room where i can leave my phone. But they said that they didnt find any phone. But after a minute my phone was locked and was no signal. Bad, bad, bad service - but excellent location.

All seemed okay at the hotel, until an inpection of the bathroom - the shower head fell off as soon as water was turned on and we had to modify this with a coathanger, and numerous used soaps were lined up around the top of the shower as there was no soap dish - never collected - and many of these had fallen into a space down the side of the shower and never been cleaned. Quite disgusting - We had intended to stay 3 nights - but changed because of this and to top it off a dark black hair was in my breakfast - that finished me - no apology made. Staff were inattentive - too busy watching the tv in the lobby.

Great location here! the staff is super helpful and friendly - they're the real deal. Plus, there's a bus stop just a 10-minute stroll away for easy access. 🚌

The professionalism of all staff, they were courteous and most helpful, and I must say the location, it is surrounded by shops and a park across the road.

It is k however I think it is expensive for what they offer. The price should not be more than 25 us including breakfast. 2 pm checking in time is ririculous. I arrived at 6am like many people arrive in town. Have to wait until 2pm to get a decent shower is very unpleasant. And undesirable. If I could I would cancel my reservation right on the spot.

I liked my stay at Palago Hotel. the room was reasonably priced with a lovely view over the park. the staff were always ready to help and made me feel very welcome. - the location is central, near Minh Anh Art Gallery.
